In some rare cases, after you join TPO you may wish to cancel the service before you have activated your SIM card.
As per distance selling regulations, all customers are eligible for a '14 day cooling off period'. This allows customers the opportunity for 14 days to exit their TPO mobile contract before it commences, receiving a full refund of your upfront payment.
For example, here are some cases that you might face;
- If you can not exit the contract with your current provider.
- If you need to get your phone unlocked.
- If your SIM delivery was delayed and you do not wish to continue.
Please note, once you have activated your SIM card the 14 days cooling off policy no longer applies.
Instead, you will be offered an 'End of Month Closure', which will mean your sim will be active until the end of your bill cycle and you will not pay any additional line rental charges. Out of bundle charges (MMS, Premium Calls, allowance overage) will still be charged if applicable.
