HASSLE-FREE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

You can now pay for bundles directly from a credit or debit card. Simply set up your payment method when purchasing your bundle and you're good to go.

Once you've set up a payment method, your TPO Mobile bundle will be purchased and you can start using it. We'll send you an email confirming your purchase.

 

 


 

CHANGE YOUR BUNDLE WHENEVER YOU LIKE

 

Step One: In My Account, click the 'Bundle' tab. Then, click 'Change Recurring Bundle'. 

 

 

Step Two: Select the bundle you'd like to switch to. You'll then be given the date on which this bundle will activate (this is the day when your current bundle renews).

 

Step Three: If you'd like to use the payment method already linked to your account, click 'Saved Credit/Debit card'. To choose a new payment method, click 'New Credit/Debit Card'. 

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN IMMEDIATELY, HOWEVER YOUR BUNDLE MAY NOT CHANGE UNTIL THE NEXT BILLING MONTH.

 

 

 


AUTO RENEW BUNDLES MORE EASILY

 

When purchasing a bundle you have the option to automatically renew your bundle every 30 days, giving you one less thing to worry about. All you have to do is make sure the tick box below is selected at your time of purchase.

If you don't want to be automatically charged every 30 days, untick the box.

 

If you already have a bundle and would like to make it recurring, it's quick and easy. Just go to your MyAccount homepage and select the 'Bundles' tab. Here you will see your previously purchased bundle with an icon marked 'Make it a Recurring Bundle' as follows:

Select the icon and how you wish to pay - whether using your saved card or a new card, then you're good to go!

 

 


 

NO HIDDEN FEES. NO HIDDEN CHARGES.

Thanks to the simplicity of our new Pay As You Go billing service, you can never go over your allowance. We'll make sure to cap your service so whether you're on £10 bundle or £20, that's all you ever get charged for your bundle.

If you happen to have credit on your account, it's important to note that this may be charged if your bundle runs out. Once again, you can be rest assured you will never be charged over this amount, so there is never a chance you will get an unexpected fee or charge.
