Update your data settings

When you pop your SIM card in your phone, your data settings should automatically be updated. If not please follow the below steps. 

ANDROID

Go to:

  1. Settings
  2. Mobile Networks
  3. Access Point Names
  4. Press the + or add new APN
  5. Enter the following:
  6. Tap the menu button and press Save. 

 

New 4G Data Settings (hosted by Three)

You can head to tpomobile.tweakker.com to download the data settings for your handset. The manual settings are below:

  • APN: tpo.pmvne
  • [leave all other settings as default]

Now you’ll need to restart your handset. When you turn the handset on again, it will be fully configured. 

For MMS Services please input the following into your APN - Please note MMS charges apply, for more information please click here

  • MMS Username: [leave blank]
  • MMS Password: [leave blank]
  • MMS Proxy: 193.35.133.194
  • MMS port: 8080
  • MMS URL: http://mms

    3G - EE

  • APN: tslpaygnet
  • [leave all other settings as default]

 

     4G - EE

  • APN: everywhere
  • Username: eesecure 
  • Password: secure
  • [leave all other settings as default]

 

 

IPHONE

New 4G Data settings (Hosted by Three)

You can head to tpomobile.tweakker.com to download the data settings for your handset. The manual settings are below:

  1. Settings
  2. Mobile Data
  3. Mobile Data Options
  4. Mobie Data Network
  5. Enter the following:
  • APN: tpo.pmvne
  • [leave all other settings as default]

If the Mobile Data switch is enabled and handset is still not connecting to the Internet please perform the following steps:

  1. Settings
  2. General
  3. Reset
  4. Reset Network Settings
  5. Input your passcode and your handset will restart.

 

MMS services are not supported on iOS devices.

  1. Tap the iPhone Data Settings.mobileconfig file
  2. Click install and follow on-screen instructions

 

   4G - EE

  1. Settings

  3. Mobile Data Options
  4. Mobile Data Network
  5. Enter the following:
  • APN: everywhere
  • Username: eesecure 
  • Password: secure

 

DATA SETTINGS STILL NOT WORKING? 

  • Ensure Mobile Data is switched on
  • Restart your handset
  • If the issue persists, test the SIM in a different unlocked handset and install the data settings
