Topping Up

The quickest way to top up is online in your account . Once you’ve logged into your online account, click the Top Up button as shown below.

 

You can then select the amount you wish to top up by entering a value in the ‘£’ field.


Enter your payment details and hit  . You'll now have successfully topped up your SIM.

HOW DO I CHECK MY BALANCE?

To find out your credit balance, dial *126# or call 1250 from your phone anytime for free. You can also log into My TPO.

 

Auto Top-Up

To make sure your Pay As You Go SIM never runs out of credit you can switch on our auto top-up service. You’ll need to set up a payment method first before you can enable the auto top-up option. Click on ‘TOP-UP’ in the green menu bar. You’ll then see 4 subcategories appear underneath. Click the ‘Payment Method’ button.

You’ll be asked to enter payment details for the recurring top-up. Remember, this card will be charged each time the auto top-up occurs. We are required to take an initial payment from your card - this is just so we can validate the card; this will be for £1.00, and will be returned to your account after validation of the card is successful.

Once you’ve set up a payment method, select the Auto Top Up option as shown below.

 

Ensure you tick the ‘ENABLE’ check box to activate Auto Top Up – by default, it is unticked. From here you’ll be able to select the top-up amount and when the auto top-up triggers.

 

Applying a bundle/setting up auto bundle renewal

Once you’ve topped up, you'll most likely want to add a bundle. Select BUNDLES in the green menu bar at the top of the page. Click ‘Add Bundle’.

 

You'll then see the following pop-up box:

 

(1) Select your bundle


(2) If you want your bundle to automatically renew each month, ensure the ‘renew’ option is ticked – it will be enabled by default. (you'll need to make sure Auto Top-Up is enabled too)


(3) Hit the ‘Activate Now’ button

 

You’re good to go!

 

Please note: Your bundle purchase will be taken from your top-up balance, so please make sure you'll have enough credit. To find out your credit balance, dial *126# or call 1250 from your phone anytime for free.

We'll send you a reminder email when your bundle is about to refresh to remind you to check you've got enough balance. 

To stop auto-refresh, just log back into My TPO and update your settings, or dial *129# from your TPO phone.

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN THE 30 DAY PERIOD IS UP?

You can see the expiry / refresh date in your My TPO account.

We will attempt to send you a reminder email a few days prior to it expiring / refreshing to let you know.

 

CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE BUNDLE RUNNING AT THE SAME TIME?

Yes - you can have up to two bundles at the same time.

 

DOES MY REMAINING ALLOWANCE ROLL OVER?

No. Your in-bundle minutes, texts and data do not roll over.

 

Voucher top-up

You can also top up your SIM in 39,000 convenience stores, off-licences and supermarkets across the country. Just look out for the Payzone logo 

 

Once you have purchased your top-up voucher there are three ways to credit your balance

  • By USSD: enter *125*, then the 12 digit voucher code, followed by # (e.g. *125*123456789012#).
  • By SMS: text TOPUP, leave a space and then enter the 12 digit top-up voucher code to 1250.
  • Over the phone: dial 1250 and follow the voice prompts.
