Has your SIM been lost or stolen?

Oh no! It’s never good when your phone goes missing, it’s even worse when you are charged to replace things. Replacement SIMs from TPO are free of charge.

Our Customer Care Team can block your original SIM rendering it unusable (so you won’t be charged for unauthorised usage) and get a replacement SIM sent out to you.

In order to send your new SIM card as soon as possible, we will need you to confirm the following details:

  • What is your TPO phone number
  • Is your account Pay Monthly or Pay As You Go
  • The address registered on your TPO account
  • The address you'd like the SIM card sent to (if different to above)
  • What size SIM card do you need - Standard/Micro or Nano

 

Once your brand new SIM has arrived, contact our Customer Care Team and they will transfer your old details on your new SIM.
