Why do you need direct debit and card details during sign up?

When you first sign up you will need to pay an upfront fee for your first month with us. Not to worry, you will receive a credit on your next bill that reflects your late start.

This means in most cases we apply a credit to your bill for the days you have paid for but not been on the network. For example, if you join us on the 10th of July we only bill you for the period 11th to 31st July. So you will never pay for days you are not on the TPO Network.

Future monthly payments will be deducted from your bank account via direct debit on or around the last working day of every month.
