How do I change my plan?

Whether you would like to upgrade or downgrade, we have a Goodness Plan to suit every budget!

Your Goodness Plan will be changed at the beginning of the next calendar month in which you contact us, as long as this is done before the last 2 working days of the month. If your request reaches us within the last 48 hours of the month, your plan will not change until the beginning of the following calendar month.

Just contact our friendly Help team and they will be able to change this over for you.
