How can I activate Premium Rate Numbers?

As standard we restrict access Premium Rate Calls for all our customers. We do this to protect your usage so you don’t rack up a hefty bill! If you would like to activate these services, please follow the information below.


Under 4 months

We will need to see 3 months work of bank statements from the last 3 months; you can send this to For example, if we are in the month of September, we will need to see August, July and June.

Once the relevant team has verified them, a member of the Customer Care Team will give you a call to take a £100 deposit. (Please bear in mind that this is only a holding deposit and will be returned to you in full 6 months after the Premium Numbers activation date, provided that your bills are up to date, or if you cancel your account with us.)


Over 4 months

If you have been with us for over 4 months and you have made successful Direct Debit transactions with us, we will just need to take the £100 deposit. Contact our Customer Care Team, stating that you would like to pay a deposit for our Premium Numbers charge.
