This article details the type of charges that can appear on your bill to help you understant how we charge you every month.
How we calculate your bill
All our monthly plans come with an allowance of minutes, data and texts. If you happen to run out of any of these allowances before the end of the month, you can still use your phone but you will be charged on top of your bill for these extras.
Your bill will be a combination of your monthly allowance base charge (line rental for that particular month) and any ‘out of plan’ charges for the previous month.
When you have used up all your inclusive minutes, texts or data, you can still use your phone but you will be charged an out-of-plan rate to cover for this extra usage.

From 1st July, charges for calls to non-geographic and premium numbers starting with 084, 087, 09 and 118 (usually to call banks, travel services, government departments, to vote in a competition or to ring directory enquiries) will be divided into two parts:
1. Access Charge - This is charged by your mobile company. With TPO we've set this at a rate of just 35p per minute
2. Service Charge (SC) - This will be set by the company you are calling.
This will be stated anywhere the number is advertised.
These numbers and services are not included in your Pay Monthly plan and will incur the charges at any time.

All calls and texts to a foreign numbers are not included in your monthly allowances and are charged on top of it.

Please note that if you wish to activate Roaming services or International calling and SMS on your account and you have been a customer of TPO for less than 4 months, you will need to provide 3 months’ worth of bank statements and call our customer services to make a deposit payment of £50.
If you have been a customer for more than 4 months you only need to call to make a deposit payment of £50. This deposit is refundable 6 months after the roaming services or International calling and SMS activation date.
