You can use your TPO Pay Monthly SIM card when your travel abroad, but you will need to contact us first as International Roaming is disabled as standard, this is so you don’t get a scary bill at the end of them month.
If you would like to activate roaming we will need a few pieces of information from you depending on how long you’ve been with TPO.
Under 4 months
Please send your last 3 bank statements to firstname.lastname@example.org. For example, if we are in the month of September, you would send August, July and June. Please note, these must be from the bank account attached to your TPO account.
Once the relevant team has verified them, a member of the Customer Care Team will give you a call 0333 313 7760 or 500 from your phone to take a £50 deposit.
Don't worry, this is a holding deposit only and will be returned to you in full 6 months after the Roaming services activation date, provided that your bills are up to date. It will also be refunded if you cancel your account with us.
Over 4 months
If you have been with us for over 4 months and you have made successful Direct Debit transactions with us, we don't need to to see your bank statements, but we will take the £50 deposit.
Give our Customer Care Team a call on 0333 313 7760 or 500 from your phone to arrange paying the deposit for our Roaming charges.
If you are a PAYG customer, International Roaming is enabled by default.
