If your SIM has been damaged, or if you change your phone and need a different format, it is possible to replace it with a new SIM. That's what we call a SIM Swap.
In order to send your new SIM card as soon as possible, please provide us with the following details:
- Your TPO Number
- Is it a Pay Monthly or Pay As You Go SIM?
- Do you need a Standard / Macro or Nano SIM?
- What is your registered address?
- What is your delivery address?
Once your brand new SIM has arrived, contact our Customer Care Team and they will transfer your old details on your new SIM.
