Unlocking Adult Content

The Adult Content filter is activated by default on all TPO SIM cards, according to the guidelines provided by Ofcom, to protect younger mobile phone users from accessing unsuitable content.

This means that the access to content which is identify as 18+ is locked until we can verify your age.

If you are over 18, it is possible to unlock adult content by contacting our customer support.

If you change your mind and prefer to lock this content, we can also reactivate this restriction on request.

Pay Monthly SIM cards

If you are a customer on our new 4G network, adult content is barred by default. There is currently no option to disable the content block at this time. We're working on adding this functionality and will update this article as soon as this becomes available.

If you are a Pay Monthly customer on our 3G network, we already verified your age when we set-up your direct debit.

This means that we don't need extra verification and our customer support team can unblock adult content on request.
