If you're looking to join TPO Mobile, the first thing you need to do is check if your device is compatible with our network. While most unlocked devices are compatible with TPO Mobile, the easiest way to check is to confirm your IMEI/ESN in our device checker tool

 

What is an Unlocked Phone?

An unlocked phone is a device that can be used with a range of different carriers. Usually, if you've bought your phone directly from an existing carrier, and the contract term has finished, the carrier will unlock the phone so you can used with other providers. Alternatively, you can unlock your handset yourself, and many handsets can be bought unlocked straight out the box.

 

What if my Phone is not Unlocked? 

If you believe your phone is not unlocked, the best thing to do is get in touch with your previous carrier and follow their unlocking process. Depending on the carrier and agreed terms, your device may not be unlocked for one of the following reasons:

  • Contact term not completed
  • Unsettled account balance
  • Device reported as lost/stolen

Note: TPO Mobile does not offer a phone unlocking service at present.
