Set up your TPO data and MMS settings

Usually the data settings for your device are automatically downloaded when you first use your device. If you find your data is not working, the following guide may help. 

 

WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE DO YOU HAVE?

   

 

CDMA

If you've just activated your phone, often a quick turn off and turn on again will typically fix the issue

If you're having issues after you activate, for most devices you can try the following:

  1. Turn off WiFi
  2. Open the Phone/Dialer
  3. Enter: ##72786# (Nexus Devices use *#*#72786#*#*)
  4. If prompted for a MSL code, please enter: 943011 - Select OK.
  5. Your phone will now begin to download the network settings. 
  6. All Done :)

 

If the above does not work, you can attempt a factory reset. We strongly recommend that you backup your information prior to attempting this option. A FACTORY RESET WILL RESTORE THE ORIGINAL SETTINGS AND REMOVE ALL OF YOUR CONTENT AND INFORMATION INCLUDING CONTACTS, MUSIC, PICTURES, DOWNLOADS AND MORE.

 

 

WHAT TYPE OF GSM DEVICE DO YOU HAVE?

 

ANDROID

Go to:

  1. Settings
  2. Mobile Networks
  3. Access Point Names
  4. Press the + or add new APN
  5. Enter the following:

     6. Tap the menu button and press Save. 

Now you’ll need to restart your handset. When you turn the handset on again, it will be fully configured.
