When does my plan expire? Can I change the payment date?

Check your plan:
To check the date that your plan will expire, please head to store.tpo.com > My TPO> Plan > and you'll see expiry date there.  

You'll be able to see your plan details, usage and expiry date there. 

You'll also be able to select a new plan and change your recharge settings.



Bill payment: 

If you're one of our original Pay Monthly customers - bills are generated on the 5th of each month and payment collected 20 days later. We do not have an option to change the date of payment at this time.
