CDMA Data Settings


If you've just activated your phone, often a quick turn off and turn on again will typically fix the issue.

If you're having issues after you activate, for most devices you can try the following:

  1. Turn off WiFi
  2. Open the Phone/Dialer
  3. Enter: ##72786# 
  4. If prompted for a MSL code, please enter: 943011 - Select OK.
  5. Your phone will now begin to download the network settings. 
  6. All Done :)

If the above does not work, you can attempt a factory reset. We strongly recommend that you backup your information prior to attempting this option.

**Please note: A factory reset will restore the original settings and remove all of your content. This includes any information such as your contacts, text messages, music, pictures, downloads and more.

To begin a factory reset, dial ##786# on your device. This will reset your device to the factory settings. After you have complete this step, please dial ##72786# again.
