How to sign up

Signing up is simple, you can sign up with Facebook or with your email address.

Sign-up with email
Visit, enter your email address and press enter. On the next page simply enter your name, create a password, and that’s it!

Sign-up with Facebook
Visit and click the Facebook button in the middle of the screen. On the following screen press ‘OK’ so that Facebook can share the relevant info with TPO.

How to post

Either click on a group and start typing in the box that says “Start a discussion” or click on home and you’ll see on your profile page a box that says “What’s going on?”.

How to delete your account

If you want to delete your profile, please go to // and choose "Delete profile".

How do I block someone from seeing my profile or contacting me?

To block a user simply visit their profile page and look for the link called ‘block’, which is located at the top of the user’s profile, on the right hand-side of the page. After clicking the link you should see the text change from ‘block’ to ‘unblock’, this means you have successfully blocked that user.

Can I set up my own group?

How to report unacceptable behaviour

To report content or a person you believe is going against the guidelines, drop an email to community_support@tpo.comalong with a link and a bit of detail and someone in the community team will take a look.


Who can see my posts?

You can see your privacy settings by clicking ‘My Account’ and then ‘Settings’, or by clicking this By default your posts are set to ‘Public’, which means anyone who visits TPO will see your posts. You can change this using the drop-down, and then clicking ‘Update’.

Who can post on my wall?

You can decide who can post on your wall by clicking ‘My Account’ and then ‘Settings’, or by clicking this By default, anyone who is part of the TPO community can post on your wall.

How do I change my notifications?

It’s easy to change your notifactions, simply click this link, or follow the instructions below.

  1. On the TPO website click on your profile picture, which is at the top of the page, on the right-hand side.
  2. Click ‘Settings’ from the drop-down menu that appears.
  3. In the next screen click on the words “Notification settings”

Once on the ‘Notification setting’ page, simply check or uncheck the boxes you want to change, and then press ‘Update my settings’ at the bottom of the page. If you ‘uncheck’ a box, you will no longer receive those notifications.
